With the abrupt closing of Sargents Coffee we’ve had to move our weekly coffee meetup. Starting today we’ll be at Coffee Garden at 2904 Franklin Blvd. near the 99/50 interchange.

For tomorrow’s (May 1) OpenCoffee, we’ll be meeting at It’s a Grind on the corner of Blue Ravine and Folsom in Folsom.

As usual, I’ll be there from around 9:30 to noon.

If you’re reading SacStarts, chances are you’re interested in the Sacramento area startup scene. We’ve got a few things going on where you can meet up with other people who are also interested in Sac startups.

Tomorrow we’ve got OpenCoffee at Tupelo Coffee Roasting at 5700 Elvas in East Sac. Drop in any time between 8am and noon to have some great coffee, work over the free wifi, and meet up with other entrepreneurs. I’ll be there from around 9:30 - noon.

Wednesday night, we have the event that led to all this SacStarts stuff. At SacStarts monthly dinners you can hang out with a great and varied group of local entrepreneurs and technologists. We always have some fantastic conversations at these dinners, so drop by and hang out. Wednesday’s dinner is at Il Forno Classico off Sunrise in Gold River at 7pm. Make sure to sign up so we know how many are coming.
