Sacramento County Superior Court has issued a preliminary injunction against Philips Solid State Lighting Solutions Inc., Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. and Philips Electronics North America Corp., preventing Philips from using or relying on trade secrets obtained from Lighting Science Group Corp., Lighting Science announced Thursday.
