Sacramento call-center management firm TeleDirect has absorbed EyeballFarm, a Sacramento-based local search engine marketing consultancy.
The two companies have created InstantExpert, a product that aims to provide an online and offline advertising platform for small businesses.
InstantExpert will assist vertical advertisers in buying local advertising services across a range of media. The performance of these ads are tracked through online traffic and call center volume, and the ad packages are then optimized to maximize lead generation.
By focusing on vertical, local markets, InstantExpert can offer pre-optimized ad packages.
The InstantExpert platform is expected to launch in early 2008.
